EgyCham is hiring for one of our clients in Construction Industry Construction Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction activities across assigned projects or sites.
- Ensure construction works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and schedules.
- Coordinate with Site Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and follow up on project schedules in coordination with the Planning team.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
- Enforce quality control procedures and ensure works meet required standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- From 10 to 15 years of experience in construction projects.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager within construction contracting companies (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site coordination.
- Experience working on large-scale projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure, or industrial).
