✅ Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial) from an accredited university.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in production management, preferably in LV & MV electrical panels manufacturing.
- Strong experience in production planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Good knowledge of quality systems and industrial safety standards.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and coordinate with the technical office.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily production operations.
- Plan and schedule production orders according to approved timelines.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and technical specifications.
- Coordinate closely with the technical office, procurement, and warehouse teams.
- Improve production efficiency and reduce waste and costs.
- Manage, evaluate, and develop production teams and technicians.
- Ensure the implementation of health and safety regulations on site.
- Prepare periodic production and performance reports for top management.
