Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring according to recipes.
Assist in cooking basic dishes and supporting chefs with meal preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation.
Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
Receive and store deliveries, checking quality and quantities.
Help with plating and garnishing dishes as directed.
Wash and clean kitchen utensils, cookware, and equipment.
Support senior chefs and comply with kitchen instructions and timings.
