Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a position at Cramer, Amdocs OSS Division. The selected individual will engage in daily tasks, including project planning, solution delivery, system integration, performance analysis, and troubleshooting. Additional responsibilities may involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth implementation of OSS solutions and providing technical expertise during deployments. The role requires a commitment to high-quality deliverables and adhering to project timelines.

Qualifications

• Technical skills including system integration, software development, and troubleshooting capability
• Experience with project workflow management and implementation strategies
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with Operations Support Systems (OSS) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in the telecommunications or software industry is desirable
• Ability to adapt to an on-site working environment and ensure effective contributions
