Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on real estate properties, understanding customer needs, providing expert consultation, and assisting in property sales. The role includes fostering strong relationships with clients, identifying promising sales opportunities, and guiding clients through relevant processes for seamless transactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Consulting and offering strategic advice tailored to client needs
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with clients and team members
- Experience in Customer Service and handling inquiries to ensure client satisfaction
- Proven aptitude in Sales and the ability to achieve or exceed predefined targets
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Real Estate market, including properties, trends, and regulations
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in meeting sales and consulting objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
- Fluency in English and/or other relevant languages is beneficial
