Job Description

We are seeking **Remote Female Sales Representatives** to join our growing cosmetics company. The role involves handling customer interactions through WhatsApp and social media, closing sales, and registering orders using our CRM and invoicing systems.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp and social platforms.
Provide product recommendations and convince customers to complete purchases.
Enter orders into the company’s invoicing and CRM systems.
Follow up with clients and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
This is a full-time **work-from-home** position with a strong potential for growth based on performance.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service (MUST).
Female, age between 21 and 50 years old.
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong sales and communication skills.
Must own a computer and have a stable internet connection.
Full-time availability (remote work only).
Ability to use CRM systems and basic computer tools.
Must complete an online training and pass a qualification test before hiring
Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-driven personality.
