Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and translate them into people strategies
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
  • Drive performance cycles, talent reviews, and development initiatives
  • Support hiring plans in collaboration with Talent Acquisition teams
  • Lead change management initiatives and support business transformations
  • Analyze HR data and KPIs to support decision-making (e.g., turnover, engagement, headcount)
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR governance
  • Support compensation, benefits, promotions, and salary review processes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, promoting a positive and inclusive culture

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or HR certification is a plus).
  • 7+ years of experience in HR with a focus on OD, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
