Your JobWe are looking for Document Controller. The role will be based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.This position will be part of Order Execution Team supporting the PM.What You Will DoSupport and update to the Order Entry Process as/when required by PMsCoordination with AccountingCoordination of the job ClosureSend, received and keep up to date all contractual documentation from/to client and involved suppliersCreation of Final DocumentationKeep organized project foldersExpedite client/suppliers to prepare/revise contractual documentsReview packing lists and update order entry in Company software accordinglyArchives are structured and available (user friendly)Storage of documents in the job folderWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)A previous experience as document controllerExperience working with EPC or OEM companies and high spec projects would be appreciatedGood knowledge of English LanguageEducation background in engineeringWhat Will Put You AheadExposure working with multinational Customers and VendorsWell organized and autonomousAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
