For a big Tourism & Travel company located in Heliopolis, Cairo. We are looking for a motivated Leisure Tourism Counselors (Senior & Associate).

Responsibilities:

• Preparing Quotations, programs for individuals & groups.
• Preparing programs itinerary
• Preparing service orders for all branches & Traffic department
• Preparing the Tourism police reports (when needed)
• Handle materialized bookings.
• Booking Hotels, Nile cruises & Local Trains
• Handle the Air tickets with the concerned department.
• Issuing payments and vouchers
• Assign qualified guides.
• Making invoices for the files
• Finalize the files on Item system & the paperwork.
• Recheck with other department on requested services (I.e., answerback on Reservations, etc....)
• Be the image of the company handling services to a maximum quality.
• Supervising the team-mate and giving support whenever needed.
• Possibility for solving problems within authorized limit.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
• 4 to 6 years of experience.
• Excellent in English.
• Other languages are a plus.
• Multi-Task
• Excellent in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Stress management skills.
