Job Description

• Oversee on-site construction of structural works, ensuring compliance with approved designs and specifications.
• Ensure structural elements meet quality standards through regular inspections and material testing; identify and resolve deviations from approved designs.
• Coordinate construction activities and site resources to maintain the project schedule; work with the Site and Project Managers to address potential delays.
• Provide technical guidance to construction teams and contractors to resolve on-site engineering issues efficiently.
• Conduct daily inspections to verify construction adherence to design, proper use of materials, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection reports; provide updates and recommend solutions to management.
• Ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations; conduct safety inspections and enforce proper practices.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (e.g., architectural, MEP) to coordinate structural systems and prevent conflicts; attend site meetings to report progress and technical challenges.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to meet performance standards and schedules; resolve on-site issues or disputes.
• Verify structural components through testing and inspections before approval for subsequent construction or handover; participate in final inspections and commissioning.
• Identify potential structural issues early and work with design and construction teams to develop practical solutions.

 

Projects in both Locations:

• North Coast.
• Cairo Gate.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture /civil engineering.
• Must have experience in Hospitality and Hotels Projects.
• Previous work experience in Gulf countries is required.
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience for the (Junior Site Structural position).
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience for the (Senior Site Structural position).
• Strong technical knowledge of material and site execution and Software programs & Systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Cairo Gate (Preferably candidates residing in Giza, 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed and nearby areas).
