At Madd, we’re expanding our team and we’re looking for a results-driven Media Buyer with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, and a deep understanding of the GCC market, especially the UAE.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in media buying / performance marketing
- Proven experience running ads in the GCC market, with strong exposure to the UAE
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads
- Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager
- Solid understanding of tracking, pixels, conversion APIs, and analytics tools
- Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
Nice to Have:
- Experience with high-budget campaigns
- Knowledge of Arabic-speaking audiences and cultural nuances
- Agency experience
- Experience working with government, or regional brands
