Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bancassurance Specialist located in El Maadi Area . The Bancassurance Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with banking partners, providing expert advice on insurance products, and identifying opportunities to achieve sales objectives. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients to assess their insurance needs, offering tailored financial and insurance solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service to build rapport and trust. The role also involves staying updated with industry trends and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in relationship management, customer service, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of financial products, insurance solutions, and sales techniques
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide consultative support
• Teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven sales skills and target achievement mindset
• Bachelor's degree is a must.
• Relevant experience in bancassurance or insurance sales is an advantage
