Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist based in New Cairo. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, implementing HR policies, and supporting overall HR initiatives. The role includes recruitment and onboarding activities, employee benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Generalist will also act as a point of contact between employees and management to address workplace matters and support a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices

• Experience in HR management and HR policies implementation

• Knowledge of employee benefits and benefits administration

• Experience in Organizational Development (OD), including performance management, job descriptions, and process improvement

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly

• Previous experience in a similar HR-focused role is preferred

 • Previous experience in retail, preferably fashion retail, is a plus
