We are looking for an experienced Architecture Team Leader to handle projects from Design Development through Tender Documentation for architectural and interior works.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architecture Team Leader role based in New Cairo. The Architecture Team Leader will oversee the design process, lead a team of architects, and ensure the project's successful execution. Core responsibilities include the management of architectural projects, supervision of team members, development of innovative architectural designs, and effective use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools. The Team Leader will act as a mentor to the team, ensuring quality standards and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
Proficiency in Project Management and Team Leadership
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to guide and motivate team members
Ability to deliver projects with a focus on quality, functionality, and innovative design
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
Professional experience leading architectural projects and teams
