Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Heliopolis. The Human Resources Specialist will oversee HR management functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing personnel, and coordinating employee benefits programs. The role involves fostering a positive workplace environment, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and providing support in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and HR Policies
- Experience in Personnel Management and managing employee relations
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits structures and administration
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with applicable labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in English language is required
- Previous experience in the healthcare or medical industry is an advantage
