Job Description

• Manage and supervise all warehouse activities and staff.
• Plan, organize, and monitor the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
• Prepare reports related to inventory levels, damages, shortages, and operational performance.
• Control warehouse costs and minimize losses.
• Train, evaluate, and motivate warehouse staff.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
