Job Description
- Develop detailed structural Design models and calculation report for Precast / cast in site buildings
- Prepare design sections details and notes and guide detailers / draftsman to make design drawings accordingly
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architects - MEP Designers - Landscape designers - ….) to incorporate their requirements in structural models.
- Prepare - review and update construction documentation, drawings and shop drawings.
- Establish a design plan that covers project stages and meets client requirements.
- Update the design plan based on work progress to insure meeting project deadlines
- Conduct quality checks on models to ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.
- Participate in project meetings to provide technical input and resolve design -related issues.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in structural design.
- Proficiency in design software such as E tabs, safe, SAP, Prokon …. or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of structural systems, particularly precast and reinforced concrete.
- Experience in generating construction documents and shop drawings from BIM models.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Familiarity with BIM standards, protocols, and collaborative workflows.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective coordination with project stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate models.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
