Job Description

Supervise and manage civil works within the factory
Follow up on construction, maintenance, and renovation activities
Coordinate with other departments and contractors
Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules
Prepare technical reports and site documentation

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Proven experience in industrial projects, preferably food processing or freezing factories
Strong knowledge of construction works, concrete, steel structures, and infrastructure
Ability to supervise site works and contractors
Familiar with safety standards and quality requirements
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
