Role Description

CodeZone is seeking a Software Sales Representative for our Alexandria and Maadi–Giza branches. This on-site role involves engaging with potential customers, presenting CodeZone’s software solutions, generating leads, and supporting clients throughout the sales process.

The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and eager to grow within the software industry.

Responsibilities

  • Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and follow-up communication.
  • Contact potential clients and schedule meetings to introduce CodeZone’s solutions.
  • Build and maintain an updated customer database.
  • Understand clients' basic business needs and recommend suitable software solutions under supervision.
  • Gain knowledge of CodeZone’s software features and assist in preparing presentations and product demos.
  • Support in preparing commercial offers and sales proposals.
  • Organize daily tasks, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure consistent sales activity.
  • Participate in team meetings and share updates on leads and opportunities.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports summarizing activities and new leads.
  • Record all client interactions, visits, and tasks in the company CRM/database.
  • Use social media platforms to promote company services and training programs when needed.
  • Make outbound phone calls to introduce services and generate leads.
  • Assist in maintaining positive long-term relationships with clients.
  • Follow up on payments and coordinate with the finance team when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in software, IT solutions, or ERP systems.
  • Basic understanding of ERP or software solutions is preferred (training will be provided).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
  • Able to work independently with guidance from the Sales Manager.
  • Ability to work on-site at Maadi branch.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings when required.
