Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt, for an ESL Instructor. The ESL Instructor will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating engaging English language lessons tailored to various proficiency levels. Additional tasks include developing curriculum materials, assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a positive and supportive classroom
environment. Collaboration with other instructors and staying updated on best teaching practices are key components of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language
- Experience in Teaching methods and Curriculum Development
- Knowledge of Linguistics and language acquisition principles
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage diverse learners
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred)
- Professional certifications such as TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA are highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience teaching in multicultural environments
