We are seeking a Project Planner – Systems Integration to support the planning, scheduling, and progress tracking of systems integration projects. The role focuses on ensuring effective control of timelines, resources, and project deliverables across multiple project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and engineering teams to define activities, milestones, and dependencies.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays, track critical paths, and support recovery plans.
- Prepare and issue weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.
- Support baseline schedule development, updates, and schedule risk management.
- Ensure alignment between planning activities, site execution, and procurement timelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning or scheduling roles.
- Experience in systems integration projects (AV, IT, ELV, Security, Data Centers, Broadcast, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Solid understanding of planning principles including WBS, milestones, dependencies, and critical path analysis.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory.
- Open to capable and confident candidates with strong technical knowledge, even if early in their career.
