Job Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Residential Real Estate Agent. 
• The responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties, and conducting property showings and market research to match clients with suitable homes. 
• The agent will collaborate with developers, negotiate property deals, and deliver excellent customer service to clients. 
• Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with local real

• estate regulations will also be an integral part of this role.

Job Requirements

• Must possess a valid Real Estate License.
• Proficiency in Residential Real Estate and New Home Sales.
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Sales processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in market research and property management tools is a plus.
• Proven track record in real estate sales is an advantage.
