Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, paid media, social, and content.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of digital marketers; set KPIs and create a culture of testing and accountability.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring optimal budget allocation and ROI.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities, report on core KPIs, and continuously optimize performance.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure a consistent brand experience.
• Stay ahead of digital trends (AI, automation, new platforms) and champion new ideas.

💡 What We're Looking For

• Experience: 7+ years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Track Record: Proven success in developing and executing digital strategies that deliver measurable results (traffic, leads, revenue).
• Technical Skills: Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, paid social, analytics tools, marketing automation, and CRM platforms.
• Leadership: A strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
