الملخص الوظيفي

Job Description

Develop and manage detailed BIM models for mechanical systems in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems within multidisciplinary BIM environments.
Coordinate and resolve clashes using BIM software, ensuring constructability and compliance with design intent.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports derived from BIM models.
Implement and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in project

meetings, providing technical input and BIM expertise to support design and construction teams.
Perform quality assurance and quality control checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support the development of BIM execution plans and contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows.
Assist in training and mentoring junior team members on BIM processes and software tools.
Stay updated with emerging BIM technologies and industry trends to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Job Requirements

✔ Proficiency in Revit MEP

, Navisworks, AutoCAD
✔ Minimum 3–5 years experience (more for senior roles)
✔ Strong mechanical systems knowledge (HVAC, plumbing, fire)
✔ Clash detection & coordination experience
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ BIM certified (preferred) L.O.D 350/ L.O.D 400/ L.O.D 500.

Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design
Strong knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD - Revit) and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Experience in Project Management and team coordination
Involvement in Research and Development (R&D) to drive innovation in engineering design
Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and industry standards
