Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR operations, data analysis, and professional reporting, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations and management reports.

 

 

Job Requirements

-Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

-Handle payroll processing, salary structures, deductions, and benefits administration.

-Work on Odoo HR modules (employee records, attendance, leaves, payroll).

-Prepare accurate HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management.

-Design and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations for HR reports, audits, and management meetings.

-Support ISO documentation and compliance (policies, procedures, audits, and records).

-Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ISO standards.

-Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
