Key Responsibilities:

Conduct unit handovers to clients according to company standards

Inspect units prior to handover and ensure readiness

Identify, record, and follow up on snags and defects

Coordinate with construction, maintenance, and customer service teams

Prepare handover documents and reports

Explain unit features and systems to clients clearly and professionally

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in handover, maintenance, or technical roles

Background in engineering, construction, or a related field is preferred

Strong communication and customer-handling skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
