Responsibilities:

• Identifies, develops and implements recruitment policies, practices

• and programs to meet organizational and executive management needs
• Provides interpretation and counsel to line and executive management regarding recruitment policies, programs and practices
• Develop and analyze organizational resources needs and make plans accordingly
• Determines and utilizes key sources to engage passive and active candidates (direct sourcing, associations, social media, etc.) for current and anticipated vacancies
