Role Accountabilities:

The purpose of this job family is to lead sirar's data management efforts by developing data frameworks, strategy, and governance processes, ensuring data quality, fostering a data culture, and collaborating with stakeholders to realize the organization's data management vision.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supports in developing data management framework requirements of master data, data quality and architecture.
• Supports in developing data governance processes and improvements to meet organizational needs.
• Ensures implementing data management policies and procedures.
• Supports the data quality program and ensure continuous improvement.
• Participates in developing sirar data strategy and ensure having clear roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
• Ensures data management program and related projects to achieve data strategic objectives.
• Supports executing data change management program.

Skills:

• Advance proficiency in data collection and analysis.
• Advance proficiency in reporting skills.
• Intermediate knowledge in business acumen.
• Advance proficiency in managing database software.
• Intermediate proficiency in data processing functions and developing system data structures.

Academic Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Years of Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years in relevant experience.

Professional Certification Preferred:

Relevant certification in (DAMA, CDMP) is preferred.
