You'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective, timely, and compliant procurement of goods and services. This role requires strategic thinking, strong vendor management skills, and the ability to optimize procurement workflows in a dynamic, multicultural environment.What You will do (Responsibilities) :Strategic Procurement ManagementDevelop and implement procurement strategies aligned with BRKZ's growth objectives.Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers. Vendor & Contract ManagementNegotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements to maximize value.Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance against KPIs.Compliance & Risk ControlEnsure procurement activities comply with company policies, regional regulations, and ethical standards.Mitigate risks by diversifying supplier base and monitoring market trends.Workflow OptimizationImplement procurement automation tools and streamline approval processes.Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure seamless procurement workflows.Data & ReportingPrepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and supplier performance dashboards.Present insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.Who You are (Qualifications) :Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field3+ years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and supplier markets in Saudi ArabiaProven negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills.Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and workflow automation tools.Analytical mindset with ability to present data-driven insights.Proficiency in English Check our guide on How to prepare for your interviews with BRKZ Pls note : Certain positions eventual grading might be subject to interview performance, this allows great talent to shine regardless of years of experience and keeps a fair process based on how big of an impact you deliver in the organization.
