Job Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Fresh Real Estate Sales Broker.
- The Fresh Agent will actively assist clients in finding their ideal property by understanding their needs, providing market insights, and showcasing available
- options.
- Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, maintaining strong client relationships, and negotiating sales agreements to achieve customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Basic understanding of Real Estate industry practices and regulations; holding a Real Estate License is an advantage but not mandatory for this role.
- Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Sales and negotiation skills to successfully close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of Real Property and its valuation is a beneficial asset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
