Role Description
The Sales Advisor is responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure successful enrollment in the company’s educational and training programs. This role focuses on lead conversion, customer consultation, and achieving sales targets, while providing an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in B2C sales, tele sales, or customer service.
Experience in education, training, or service-based industries is a plus.
Strong understanding of consultative sales, customer needs assessment, and relationship-building.
Familiarity with customer acquisition, sales funnels, and objection handling techniques.
