ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Specialist at MEDOC, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities. This individual contributor role requires exceptional interpersonal and strategic skills to establish meaningful relationships with clients and deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential leads within the healthcare sector.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.

  • Build trust with clients by understanding their unique needs and providing customized solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, including product development and customer success.

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Foster long-term partnerships with healthcare providers and key industry stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Must-Have:
  • A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Health, or a related field).
  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or SaaS sectors.
  • Proven success in B2B sales, including managing the full sales cycle.
  • Experience in cold calling with the ability to handle objections and maintain motivation.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
  • Strong negotiation skills with a strategic and customer-focused mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • A passion for technology and an adaptive mindset suited to fast-paced environments.

  • Nice-to-Have:
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows, particularly those of clinics, hospitals, or medical centers.
  • An established network within the healthcare industry.
