Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and business plans for dermatology and aesthetic services.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage services lifecycle, including new service launches, portfolio management, and discontinuations.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns targeting dermatologists, healthcare professionals, and consumers.
  • Create promotional materials and digital content aligned with regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide corrective action plans.
  • Coordinate with R&D, Marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth product operations.
  • Ensure compliance with medical, ethical, and legal requirements in all promotional activities.
  • Analyze sales data, market share, and ROI of campaigns.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in service management or marketing.
  • Knowledge of dermatology treatments, skincare therapies, and market trends is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; digital marketing knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
