• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• 0-2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance engineering, preferably within the water, energy, or industrial sectors. (Fresh Grads Are Welcome)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including pumps, motors, and control panels.
• Experience with solar energy systems and their integration with water well equipment is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing faults in complex machinery and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
