الملخص الوظيفي

Job Description

Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and other documentation.
Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts, variations, and claims with contractors and suppliers.
Prepare and submit progress reports, cost analyses, and financial forecasts.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to optimize project delivery.
Review and validate invoices, payment applications, and supporting documentation.
Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and contractual requirements.
Support project close-out activities, including final accounts and post-project evaluations.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related engineering field.
Proven track record in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management of projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and project management processes.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity.
