We’re looking for an Business Development Executive:-

Key Accountabilities:-

• Conduct market research to identify new clients, industries, and business segments for potential expansion.
• Develop and implement sales and business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and business pitches tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on client deliverables.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Track and report business performance metrics, conversion rates, and market trends.
• Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and forums to promote ZWorld’s services.
• Support contract negotiations and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:-

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.
• Proven record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and proposal tools.
• Fluent in English
