This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Consultant B2B located in Cairo, Egypt. The position involves supporting business-to-business travel operations by managing travel arrangements, creating itineraries, booking reservations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction

. Additional responsibilities include offering expert advice on travel opportunities, maintaining professional relationships with clients, and ensuring that all travel needs are fulfilled efficiently and accurately. Some work-from-home flexibility is provided as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel consulting, travel

• management, and handling travel arrangements
• Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve client inquiries effectively
• Proficiency in making travel reservations and the use of relevant travel booking systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the travel industry and key destinations is a plus
• Proficiency in English, with additional language skills considered advantageous
