Job Description

  • ● Develop and design innovative packaging solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards.
  • ● Create detailed technical drawings and 3D models using CAD software for new and existing products.
  • ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and sales to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
  • ● Evaluate materials and processes to optimize product performance, cost, and sustainability.
  • ● Conduct prototype testing and analyze results to refine designs and resolve technical challenges.
  • ● Maintain up-to-date documentation for all design projects, including specifications, revisions, and approvals.
  • ● Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards throughout the design process.
  • ● Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • ● Provide technical support and guidance to production teams during the implementation of new designs.
  • ● Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in packaging and printing to drive innovation.

Job Requirements

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in design engineering within the printing or packaging industry.
● Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design tools.
● Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product development cycles.
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
● Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to packaging and printing.
● Experience with prototype development and testing.
