Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as a Reservations Agent is based in Cairo. The primary responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and bookings, managing reservations efficiently, assisting guests with their requirements, and delivering excellent customer service. Ensuring smooth and professional communication with both guests and internal teams.
Qualifications
- A passion for delivering warm, professional, and personalized guest experiences.
- Strong skills in Reservations and Customer Service
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication
- Ability to multitask and handle inquiries with professionalism
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
- Proficiency in Opera PMS (Property Management System) or similar hotel reservation software is a plus.
- Prior experience in hospitality or a similar role is a plus
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is preferred
