JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Create and publish job ads in various portals.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Analyse all HR Data
- Responsible for all HR Dashboards
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire
- , time-to-fill, and source of hire.
- Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Assists in all HR functions
- Onboard new employees and conducts orientations
- Regular update the employee work records
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Experienced in HR Analysis
- Very Good in English.
- Very Good In Microsoft Office ( Word - Excel - PowerPoint )
- 2-45 years of experience ( Preferred in Medical Field )
- Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Skills to multitask efficiently and the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work in a challenging workspace
