We are looking for a Business Analyst to lead the business analysis phase for developing a new ERP system. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, owning requirements, documentation, and the ERP roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis for a new ERP system from scratch
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business

• needs into clear and structured documentation
• Prepare and maintain:
• SRS (Software Requirements Specification)
• SOW / SoS (Scope of Work / Statement of Scope)
• Process flows, use cases, and user stories
• Define the ERP roadmap, phases, and priorities
• Collaborate closely with developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation
• Support testing, UAT, and requirement validation

Requirements

:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong experience with ERP systems (custom or off-the-shelf)
• Solid understanding of CRM & ERP business processes
• Proven experience writing SRS and scope-related documents
• Ability to model workflows and business processes
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working remotely and independently

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Agile / Scrum environments
• Background in ERP implementation or digital transformation projects
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Visio, or similar
