We are seeking a versatile Creative Designer to join our team in Alexandria. This role is unique: we need a professional who is equally comfortable editing high-impact digital video as they are designing large-scale outdoor advertisements. You will be a key player in executing "360-degree" campaigns that live both on a smartphone screen and on the streets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video & Motion: Edit engaging video content for social

• media (Reels/Ads) and incorporate motion graphics.
• Digital Design: Create high-converting graphics for social media, websites, and digital branding.
• Outdoor (OOH) Design: Design large-format advertisements, including Mupis, billboards, and building wraps.
• Ensure all designs meet technical specifications for large-scale printing (DPI, CMYK, bleed).
• Focus on "readability at a distance" and high-impact visual hierarchy for outdoor environments.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure brand identity remains consistent across digital

• video and physical outdoor assets.

Requirements:

• Software Mastery: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator (essential for vector-based outdoor work).
• Outdoor Expertise: Proven experience in designing for Out-of-Home (OOH) media and understanding the production requirements for printing on vinyl, flex, or digital screens.
• Visual Storytelling: Ability to simplify a complex message into a "3-second read" for outdoor viewers.
• Portfolio: Must show a mix of video editing, digital graphics, and examples of physical/outdoor installatio
