What You’ll Do As the Dell EMC Presales Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in understanding client technical requirements and proposing effective solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, implementing, and troubleshooting SAN and NAS storage solutions.
- Providing expertise in data protection mechanisms, including backup and recovery solutions.
- Integrating storage solutions into complex network architectures.
- Designing storage solutions that seamlessly integrate with virtualized environments.
- Your contributions will directly impact our mission to help businesses run better, grow faster, and achieve their sustainability goals.
What You Bring to the Role: We’re looking for someone with:
- 5-7 years of relevant industry experience in presales (technical) with certification on respective products.
- Proficiency in SAN and NAS storage solutions, data protection mechanisms, and networking concepts.
- Experience in virtualization technologies, especially with VMware and Hyper-V.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
