Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Guest Services Associate role based in Giza. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care, greeting guests warmly, assisting with reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. Additional responsibilities include providing solutions to guest concerns and collaborating with team members to maintain the highest service standards.
Qualifications
