EgyCham is hiring Fresh Service Advisor to join our team.
Role Description
- potential and existing clients to promote training programs and HR services.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, social media, and inquiries.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable training or consulting solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations team.
Qualifications
