Job Description

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, advertisements, social media content, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project teams to develop visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Create compelling visual identities for new property developments, including logos, color palettes, and brand assets.
  • Edit and retouch images to ensure consistency and professional quality across all materials.
  • Prepare artwork and layouts for print production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to technical specifications.
  • Maintain and update the company’s digital asset library, ensuring all files are organized and accessible.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality and innovation.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and project launches.
  • Ensure all visual communications are consistent with Rekaz Developments’ brand image and messaging.
  • Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including digital and print work.
  • Excellent understanding of visual composition, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to interpret project briefs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with print production processes and preparing files for print.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
