We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online store. 

The role focuses on product uploads, website performance, online sales growth, and ensuring a seamless customer journey across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

 • Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website

 • Upload and maintain products (descriptions, pricing, images, SKUs, inventory)

 • Ensure product pages are accurate, optimized, and aligned with brand identity

 • Monitor website performance, sales, conversion rates, and customer behavior

 • Execute and support online promotions, campaigns, and launches

 • Coordinate with marketing, design, and

operations teams

 • Ensure smooth checkout, payment, and shipping processes

 • Handle e-commerce customer inquiries, returns, and issues

 • Optimize website UX/UI to improve conversion rates

 • Manage SEO basics (product titles, descriptions, meta tags)

 • Track competitors and e-commerce trends

 • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Qualifications & Skills

 • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field

 • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail

 • Experience with e-commerce platforms 

 • Strong understanding of online merchandising and digital customer journey

 • Basic knowledge of SEO and online marketing

 • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
