Job Description

Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping across multiple clinic branches.
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Lead, mentor, and train accounting staff to foster professional growth and maintain high performance standards.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the accounting function.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns and related documentation.
Support management with financial analysis and insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Demonstrated experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to analyze complex financial information and provide actionable recommendations.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
Experience working in a healthcare or multi-branch environment is an advantage.
