Job Description
- Conduct annual organization-wide Training Needs Assessments (from 2026) using job analysis, competency frameworks, performance appraisals, and leadership input to translate business, operational, and KSA compliance needs into structured annual training plans covering technical, leadership, succession, and mandatory programs.
- Design, develop, and deliver blended learning solutions (face-to-face, virtual, e-learning, workshops, and action learning), lead structured one day induction programs, and build leadership development pathways aligned with career progression and succession plans across the holding.
- Source, contract, and manage external trainers and learning vendors, maintain an approved vendor list with annual evaluations, and ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, cultural alignment, and compliance with group standards.
- Implement and continuously enhance the Learning Management System
- (LMS) to track training attendance, completion, progress, feedback, and compliance, and produce periodic dashboards covering utilization rates, satisfaction, and post-training performance and behavioral impact.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize the annual L&D budget, benchmark against regional and global best practices aligned with KSA, and recommend and pilot innovative learning solutions including digital platforms, cross-border virtual academies, and data-driven learning analytics.
- Promote a continuous learning culture through internal communications, manager enablement, and integration with performance and career development processes, while acting as a key HR learning partner to KSA stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and cultural relevance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–7 years of Learning & Development experience, including minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong proficiency in:
- Advanced Excel
- PowerPoint and professional presentations
- LMS and HRIS systems
- Training analytics and reporting - Good awareness of Egyptian and Saudi labor regulations related to training, compliance, and employee development
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
