Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As a key member of our hospitality management team, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards across all food and beverage areas
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and consistency
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for all food and beverage outlets
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in developing and implementing promotional activities to drive revenue
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance skills and maintain service standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Participate in budget planning and cost control measures
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of management experience in restaurants or similar food and beverage operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Ability to manage a large and variable workload efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred (not required)

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
- Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps.
Visa Requirements: Must be legally permitted to work in Egypt.
